Obey Me.
You must be your mother’s favorite son!
When you wake up, your mother is nowhere to be found — she still seems to be at work. Yet, not long after, your phone buzzes. It’s her. She starts sending you text messages with tasks you must carry out.
At first, they seem ordinary. Harmless. But as the day goes on, the requests become stranger, and an unsettling atmosphere begins to take hold. Is your mother really the one behind those messages… or is something else pulling the strings?
Your choices matter. Obey her, and you may receive rewards. Disobey… and you might uncover something you wish you hadn’t.
The game features two possible endings and was developed for Brackeys Game Jam 2025.2.

That poor kid didn't have a chance. I guess the message is don't obey anyone, since everyone wants to kill you.
Yeah, that poor kid… You’re right, the game really plays with the idea of obedience and trust, sometimes following orders isn’t always the safest choice.

I feel so bad for the poor kid! He was just listening to his "mom" like a good kid and doing everything he was told! I think I got both endings, but if there's like a secret one where the boy lives, I gotta know! Great job!
Thanks a lot! 😅 Yeah, the poor kid was just trying his best… As for a secret ending where he survives, who knows 👀 maybe that’s something for a sequel or another game. Glad you enjoyed it!
